HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup

Brown hamburger in a skillet and drain the grease. In a casserole dish, put 1 layer of hamburger, 1 layer of sliced potatoes, 1 layer of sliced onion and repeat process. Pour mushroom soup and 1 can of water; salt to taste. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
