STEAK POTATOES | |
4 russet potatoes 1 large onion 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 8 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.) garlic salt and seasoning salt, to taste Peel and cut potatoes into thin to medium rounds. Spray 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Place potatoes rounds in pan. Slice onion, and lay slices over potatoes. Then lay raw bacon strips on top, and butter slices on top. Sprinkle garlic and seasoning salt. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour. Take foil off and put back in over for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Goes great with steaks!
