QUICK AND EASY MARINARA SAUCE 
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 (32 oz.) can chunky style crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 tsp. Italian dried seasoning
1 handful parsley leaves, chopped

Add olive oil to medium saucepan over moderate heat. Add garlic and crushed pepper to the oil. When pepper snaps and garlic sizzles, stir in tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add Italian seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes and stir in parsley.
