ROTEL GREEN BEANS 
4 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta
1 can Rotel and green chilies
3 cans French style green beans, drained

Make white sauce with first three ingredients, stir in cheese until melted; add Rotel and green chilies and green beans. Bake 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
