PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Oil
Seasoning salt
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Brown pork chops, season with seasoning salt; set aside. Stir into potatoes 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can French fried onions, sour cream, celery soup and milk and pepper. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with rest of cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.
