APRICOT MOLDED SALAD 
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. apricot Jello
4 oz. soft cream cheese
1 jar junior baby food apricots
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Heat water, sugar and Jello together. Blend in remaining ingredients. Chill until it begins to congeal. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into mold and freeze.
