AUNT CAROL'S CHILI SAUCE 
5 lbs. tomatoes, peeled & chopped
4 chopped green peppers
2 stalks chopped celery
4 onions, chopped
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients in a large pan. Boil together until thick and most of liquid is cooked off. Pour into hot pint jars and put on lids to seal. Makes about 6 pints.
