BROCCOLI RICE 
2 c. Minute rice
1 c. celery, chopped
Salt, 1/2 tsp. may be enough
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 jar (6 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 c. onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add cheese, soup, Minute rice (not cooked) and thawed broccoli and 1 cup milk. Heat until blended. Place in a casserole and bake at 325 (about 30 minutes) until bubbly. Top with grated cheese about 5 minutes before removing from oven.
