1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix the above ingredients together. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in a large 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Remove from the oven. Add 1 small package miniature marshmallows on top and return to the oven for 10 more minutes. Cool for 20 minutes then frost.

Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter. Mix 1 pound 10x sugar with 1/2 cup cocoa. Add this to the butter, then add 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla or rum or peppermint flavoring.
