KENTUCKY BOURBON BALLS 
1 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon

Mix first 4 ingredients well. Add bourbon and syrup. Work into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar or leave plain. Yield 3 1/2 dozen.
