CHICKEN MARENGO 
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken pieces
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 envelope Lipton Onion-Mushroom mix

In large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken. Remove. Stir in tomatoes, garlic and soup mix. Return chicken to pan and simmer, covered for one hour and 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
