CHOCOLATE ANGEL FOOD CAKE
DESSERT
 
1 angel food cake
2 tbsp. water
4 egg yolks, well beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. chocolate chips or 8 oz. sweet chocolate
1 c. whipped cream or Dream Whip

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add water, sugar and egg yolks, gradually beating thoroughly (cool). Fold in 4 beaten egg whites and cream which has been whipped. Cut angel food in bite sized pieces. Place a layer in well buttered pan, 9"x13". Alternate cake and chocolate mixture; be sure to cover top of cake evenly. Cut into squares and garnish with whipped cream and red cherry. Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours.
