PIG CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 carton Cool Whip

Mix cake according to directions on box, adding mandarin oranges. When cake is done, poke holes in the top. Pour pineapple juice over top of cake while still warm. To make frosting add dry pudding mix and drained pineapple to Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake.
