CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 1/2 boxes 4X powdered sugar
1 lb. jar peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
2 sticks melted butter

Mix together and roll into balls. Melt large bag of chocolate chips and 1/2 bar of food grade paraffin wax together over boiling water. Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper.

Cooks Note: Tempered chocolate (or Baker's Dipping Chocolate) may be used if paraffin is not available.

The paraffin helps the chocolate stick to the ball.
Very little is consumed as it takes so little to make the entire recipe.

These sound wonderful!!! I love chocolate! My sister-in-law makes these every Christmas! I don't know what she puts in her recipe. Won't you taste the wax? I'm sure this makes them stick together and harden nicely. I will have to think about making some. I have 35 more pounds to lose!
