SUMMERTIME FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. mild cooking oil
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. WATKINS Vanilla Dessert Mix
1/2 tsp. salt
Vanilla extract
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. WATKINS Vanilla Dessert Mix
1 tbsp. WATKINS Strawberry Flavor Unsweetened Punch Concentrate
Red food coloring, if desired
2 pts. strawberries
1 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In small bowl, whisk together oil and milk. Combine with next 4 ingredients; add to oil mixture and beat well. Pat into bottom and sides of pie plate. Brush with vanilla extract. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool.

For filling, combine 1 cup sugar and next 4 ingredients in small saucepan. Cook until bubbling, clear and thickened; cool slightly.

Place strawberries in pie shell; pour filling over berries; chill several hours. Garnish pie with cream whipped with sugar and vanilla.
