INDONESIAN SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. parsley
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. fresh or frozen uncooked peas
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

CURRY MAYONNAISE:

Combine:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder

Turn cabbage, parsley, onions and peas into salad bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to bind. Garnish with Spanish peanuts. Serve with nut breads if desired but it is delicious served alone.
