BROWN RICE FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. cooked natural brown rice
8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 chopped red apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. poppy seeds (optional)

Mix salad ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Toss together. Refrigerate. Serve cold. Serves: 6-8.
