CORN PUDDING 
2 cans (17 oz.) cream style corn
2 cans (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 lg. eggs or scramblers
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 box Jiffy corn mix
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Mix all together and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped and 1/2 cup green pepper chopped may be added for color and flavor.
