1 box yellow cake mix
1 can pie filling (apricot, cherry or peach)
2 1/2 c. cold milk
Nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix cake as directed on box. Bake on cookie sheet with sides, 15 1/4 x 10 1/4 x 3/4 inch at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, milk and instant pudding. Put on cooled cake. Spread pie filling on next, then Cool Whip and top with nuts.
