CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 chicken breasts or 1 whole fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. buttery-flavored crackers
Poppy seeds

Boil, debone and chop chicken into small pieces. Combine soup and sour cream; fold in chicken to this mixture. Place in a greased 8 x 11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle poppy seeds evenly over chicken mixture. Crumble crackers evenly over casserole; drizzle the butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 23 minutes until casserole is bubbly. Serves about 6.
