CHICKEN PARISIAN 
2 to 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. or less sherry

Melt butter in frying pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken on both sides. Arrange chicken, onions and mushrooms in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 4.
