CHICKEN PARISIAN 
4 chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Flour, salt and pepper, chicken and brown in a little butter. Mix soup, mushrooms, sour cream and sherry together and pour over chicken that has been placed in a casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve with hot, fluffy rice.
