CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken (cooked the day before)
1 pkg. frozen cut string beans
4 to 5 sliced mushrooms or 1 can mushrooms
Pepperidge Farm Dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Butter bottom and sides of baking dish. Spread 2/3 cup dry stuffing in bottom of dish. Spread partially cooked string beans. Spread 1 cup mushrooms. Chicken chunks on top.

Mix 1 cup mushroom soup with 2/3 cup milk. Pour over layered ingredients, then mix 1/2 cup dry stuffing with 1/4 cup hot water with 2 tablespoons melted butter to moisten.

Spread this on top of casserole. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees until bubbly. Serves 8.
