MEAT PIE 
2 c. cubed roast beef, leftover
2 - 2 1/2 c. sliced raw potatoes
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
Salt & pepper
Leftover beef gravy
Pie crust dough

Line 9" pie plate with dough. Combine all ingredients except gravy, pour in pie plate. To 2/3 cup water add 3 tablespoons gravy and pour over mixture in pie. This mixture should fill dish halfway. Cover with top crust. Make 3 slashes for steam in top crust.

Bake at 375 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender and crust is browned. Test potatoes with fork. Serve with leftover gravy.
