MARINATED ASPARAGUS 
Fresh asparagus
Paul Newman's dressing OR
Lawry's San Francisco dressing

Add fresh asparagus to boiling water and cook six minutes at a rolling boil (or microwave). Drain and blanch to cool. Spread asparagus in a large flat bowl. Pour dressing over and marinate for 30 to 40 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
