CHOCOLATE DESSERT SAUCE 
4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
6 tbsp. water
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Melt chocolate in water over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Boil gently 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and stir until blended. Serve hot. Makes 3/4 cup.
