BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 sm. boxes or 1 lg. bag frozen chopped broccoli
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. salad dressing
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed Rita crackers (topping)

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Add all ingredients to broccoli and mix thoroughly. Bake in 2 quart casserole dish 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle dish with crackers and return to oven until slightly brown.
