2 c. table salt
1 c. black pepper
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. chili powder
1/4 c. MSG

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and rub on brisket, chicken, ribs, or other favorite meat before barbecuing. Use liberally, do not skimp on the rub.
