BAVARIAN PIE | |
3/4 c. chocolate wafers 3/4 c. graham crumbs 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar Crumble together and press in flutted glass pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. In large glass measuring cup, put 6 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2/3 cup sugar. Fill measuring cup to 5 cup level with milk. Stir-mix cook 12 minutes on high in microwave; stir 2 or 3 times. Remove and add 3 beaten egg yolks; return to microwave and cook another 2 minutes on high. Add 3 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into chocolate crust. Cool. Serve with whip cream or chocolate sauce and shredded chocolate. It's delicious and one of my very favorite desserts. |
