BAVARIAN PEACH/PEAR TART 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool.

FILLING:

16 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine thoroughly and pour over cooled crust.

TOPPING:

1 lg. can peaches or pears, sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar

Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Arrange peaches or pears on filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Excellent!

This is so easy and VERY delicious. I used pecans instead of walnuts and added blueberries. Yum!
