BAVARIAN PEACH/PEAR TART | |
CRUST: 1 c. butter 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. walnuts, chopped Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool. FILLING: 16 oz. cream cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine thoroughly and pour over cooled crust. TOPPING: 1 lg. can peaches or pears, sliced 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. sugar Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Arrange peaches or pears on filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Excellent! |
