BAVARIAN PARTY DIP | |
1/2 c. minced onions 1 lb. Kahn's Braunschweiger 3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 tsp. black pepper Saute the onions 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently; remove from heat and drain. Remove the casing from Kahn's Braunschweiger and mix meat with the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in onion and pepper. Serve as a liver spread on crackers, thinly sliced party rye or serve as a dip accompanied by a variety of fresh raw vegetables like carrots, broccoli, radishes, cauliflower and cherry tomatoes. |
