1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Several drops of food coloring, any color.

Mix flour, salt, and cream of tartar together in a medium saucepan. Set aside.

Mix water, oil, and food coloring together and gradually add to the dry ingredients so the mixture doesn't become too lumpy. Cook on medium heat for three minutes stirring constantly.

Remove mixture from pan. When cool, store in an air tight container or ziploc bag.
