AUTHENTIC MEXICAN BBQ SAUCE 
1 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix all ingredients in pan until butter melts. Let sauce cool, then pour over meat and cook for appropriate meat (great on chicken or pork), keep basting to keep meat moist.

When making 1/2 of recipe, include full measure of vinegar, catsup and butter. This sauce makes enough for 6 to 8 healthy helpings.

Tasty, but WAY too much pepper and salt. I 1/2'd them and it's still too peppery. I would only use 1/2 tbsp. max of black pepper next time I make it. I'm adding more ketchup to try and tone it down...
