HOT CRAB DIP 
6 1/2 oz. (1 lb.) crabmeat
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. light cream or milk
1 tsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. minced chives

Drain crabmeat, pour lemon juice over crabmeat. Add remaining ingredients and heat at low temperature (do not boil). If you are using a microwave, heat for 1 or 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
