GREEN PEAS WITH WILLIAMSBURG 
1 can sweet peas
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper

Melt butter in a small skillet, add the can of peas, including the juice. Distribute peanut butter over the peas. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss carefully. Let the peas boil gently until the peanut butter is dissolved. Mix in chopped parsley and serve.
