2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix together shortening and sugar; add egg and cocoa. Add flour mixture, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool and put creme filling in middle.

CREME FILLING:

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. confectionery sugar
1/2 c. marshmallow fluff
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk

Mix all ingredients together.
