1 1/4 c. shortening, Crisco
1/4 c. salad oil, Wesson
1/4 c. flour, Gold Medal

In your mixer beat ingredients until creamy. DO NOT COOK. May be stored in Tupperware or any container with a tight lid. Use in the place of the old fashioned method of greasing and flouring. Try this, you'll love it!

May also be used in cinnamon roll or bread pans.

Store in refrigerator.
