CABBAGE AND GREEN PEPPER SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of paprika
1/2 c. green peppers, finely shredded
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cream, whipped

Crisp cabbage by allowing it to stand in ice water. Drain and dry thoroughly. Add vinegar, sugar, and seasonings 10 minutes before serving. Drain again. Toss lightly together with green pepper and dressing made by folding mayonnaise into whipped cream. Arrange on crisp lettuce. Serves 6-8.
