MICROWAVE EASY FUDGE
1 lb. powdered sugar (1 lb. = 3 1/2 c. sifted)
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk (4 tbsp.)
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Lightly grease an 8-inch square dish or line with wax paper. Set aside. Place powdered sugar and cocoa in a medium-sized, heat-resistant mixing bowl. Stir to mix. Add milk and butter to sugar and cocoa mix. DO NOT STIR.

Heat uncovered on HIGH for 2 minutes. After heating, stir just to combine ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into prepared dish; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I'm addicted! I keep making batches for myself! I added a little less sugar and a little more cocoa for a darker chocolate taste. I also added in dried berries and pecans. Yum!

KICKED IT UP A NOTCH! Mixed regular cocoa and dark cocoa and used Roasted Almonds for the nuts. Everyone that ate it asked where I bought it from. When I told them I made it, they couldn't believe it. AWESOME and EASY!
