CHILI SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 cans Campbell's chili beef soup
1 soup can water
1 c. chopped canned tomatoes

In large saucepan, brown beef and cook green pepper and onion with chili powder until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally. Makes about 6 1/2 cups.
