CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/2 stick butter
2 c. or more diced, cooked chicken
1 pkg. noodles or elbow spaghetti, cooked
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
Approx. 2-3 c. chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomatoes in tomato juice, mash with potato masher
2 c. grated cheese
Canned mushrooms
Salt, pepper & Cavender's seasoning to taste

Saute celery, green pepper and onion in 1/2 stick of butter. Mix everything together except chicken. Fold chicken in last, gently. Bake at 300-350 degrees until bubbly.
