Mix all together in a large bowl: 7 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 2 pkgs. yeast 1/2 c. sugar Heat in saucepan until thoroughly warm: 1 qt. milk 1/2 tsp. oil Stir warm liquid into dry ingredients. Cover and store in refrigerator at least 4 hours (or overnight). When ready to bake, melt 1 stick butter in 9 x 13 inch pan, flour your hands and place dough into pan 1 small handful at a time. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Use spatula to remove from pan. |
