1 stick butter
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can condensed milk
6 oz. chocolate chips

Melt butter in 9 x 12 pan. Crumble crackers until fine then sprinkle on butter. Spread evenly into bottom of pan. Pour milk over this mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
