CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD | |
DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 2-3 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Accent 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 c. salad oil 4 tbsp. rice vinegar Shake dressing ingredients well; set aside. SALAD: 1 head lettuce 2-3 green onions, chopped 1/4 c. sesame seed, toast in dry frying pan until golden 1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds, toast at 350 degrees until golden 1 pkg. wonton skins 4 chicken breasts 1. Break lettuce into bite size pieces. 2. Toss in onions, sesame, almonds. 3. Chicken breasts can be boiled or broiled and cut into bite size pieces. Toss with salad. 4. Cut wonton into thin strips and deep fry until golden. Drain and toss with salad just before serving. |
