MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, add to flour
1 c. walnuts

Mix with fork. Put in lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Test middle with toothpick. Let cool.

FROSTING:

3/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat with mix master. Good luck.
