MY MOTHER'S MEAT LOAF 
LOAF:

2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 lbs. ground pork
2 slices bread, made into crumbs
1/3 c. oatmeal
4 eggs, beaten to mix
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. tomato sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Ground pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

LOAF: Mix all ingredients together, shape and place in a greased roasting pan. Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally.

SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Heat briefly and pour over slices of meat loaf. Serve 8-10.
