20 MINUTE MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can Cheddar cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 pkg. Doritos corn chips
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder

Mix soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes in saucepan and heat over low flame. In skillet, brown meat, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and chili powder. When done add to soup mixture.

In large casserole dish place layer of Doritos, layer of hot meat mixture and cover with grated cheese. Repeat layering in same order, ending with cheese. Cover with foil and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes so cheese will melt with hot mixture. Serve immediately.
