TURKEY SAUSAGE STIR-FRY 
1/2 c. zucchini, 1/2 slices
1/2 c. yellow squash, 1/2 slices
1/2 c. onion, thin slices
1/2 c. mushroom sliced
1/2 c. bell or red pepper, thin slices
3 oz. 90% fat-free turkey sausage, small cuts
2 tsp. reduced calorie butter or 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil

Use equal amounts of vegetables (depends on how much you want to make).

Put all in skillet and stir fry. Serve over 1/3 cup of rice with soy sauce.
