8 pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. catsup
1 c. Coca-Cola
Brown sugar

Place the pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the catsup and Coca-Cola and pour over the pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender. Serves 8.
