1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts optional

Beat well eggs, oil add berries and sugar. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon. Add to first mixture blend well by hand. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans 9 x 5 x 3 size. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until it leaves sides of pans.
